Glide Housing’s strategic goal is to move homeless and unemployed people into entry and mid – level positions in the job market by providing the housing, counseling and family support services that help achieve long-term economic stability.

Two Experienced Organizations

Our two constituent organizations are Glide Community Housing (GCH) with over 13 years of experience in providing supportive services in housing, and Glide Economic Development Corporation (GEDC), whose deep experience in housing development includes financing.

A Strong, Collaborative Bond

GCH and GEDC are separate non-profit entities that collaborate to assist clients in the journey to self-sufficiency. They have a common Board of Directors, and their executives work closely together, employing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) where space and services are shared.
